Flushing Town Hall presents Portraits of America, a group photography exhibition bringing together portraits of individuals whose distinct histories, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences reflect the complex and continually evolving idea of American identity.

Celebrate Thelonious Monk's birthday and the Bebop pioneers (Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Max Roach, and Miles Davis) at this open jazz jam led by Carol Sudhalter. Musicians of all levels are welcome to play; jazz lovers are welcome to listen!

Honor Veterans Day with music inspired by musician-veterans John Coltrane, Tony Bennett, Glenn Miller, Josephine Baker, Harry Belafonte, and B.B. King. Led by Carol Sudhalter, this open jam welcomes musicians of all levels! Jazz fans can listen along!

Hollywood and Bollywood musicians share the stage for the first time, blending signature sounds into a one-of-a-kind mashup finale. Dance lessons at 7 PM, led by Amanjeet Kaur; performances at 8 PM. A celebration of music, culture, and community!
