Flushing Town Hall COVID Safety Policy
(EFFECTIVE AUGUST 16, 2021) New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that all indoor arts and entertainment venues must adhere to a policy of 100% vaccination against COVID-19 for all visitors and staff (with exceptions for medical or religious reasons or children under 12) effective August 16th, 2021. This policy supersedes all other mandates around COVID protocols, and allows (as per CDC guidance from April 2021) for fully vaccinated audiences to forego masking and social distancing requirements. Venues have the ability to add additional restrictions on visitation or staff as they see fit. Flushing Town Hall’s policy will adhere closely to the New York City mandate, but we will maintain some lower capacity limits for the remainder of 2021.
