Join us for this year’s annual summer cooking workshop, presented by Dr. Hsing-Lih Chou and Dr. Yi-Nian Lee, along with students from Overseas Chinese University of Taiwan.

This engaging workshop will start by introducing you to a popular Asian dish: the Three-Color Sweet Potato Pancake. This renowned night market treat is made with butter and a touch of sugar, resulting in a flavor and texture reminiscent of mochi.

We will also guide you through the preparation of Cola Chicken. While many Americans are familiar with the delightful taste of chicken, this session will showcase the preparation of this famous Asian recipe. The dish is simple to make, incredibly delicious, nutritious, and yields tender, juicy results.
