Flushing Town Hall's Mini-Global Mashup series continues through 2024! This Mini-Global Mashup series is bringing together two amazing global music artists along with two accompanists for an afternoon of music, conversation and exploration.

We are thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented Daniel Devātman Marcellus Givens and Kaethe Hostetter to Flushing Town Hall for our Mini Global Mashup series! Givens’ mesmerizing fusion of jazz, electronic, and world music, combined with Hostetter’s innovative blend of Ethiopian traditional sounds and modern experimentalism, promises an unforgettable evening of cross-cultural musical exploration

Daniel Devātman Marcellus Givens is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, composer, and visual artist whose work spans a range of genres, including jazz, electronic, and world music. With a deep commitment to creating immersive soundscapes, Givens combines his technical prowess with a unique spiritual vision, crafting music that transcends boundaries and speaks directly to the soul.
